A transformational coaching program that provides organizations with mechanisms for producing breakthroughs and phenomenal results both for the Individual participants and the organization.

A coaching program is a mix of coaching and other non-coaching interventions like assessments, online learning, faciliated workshops, process improvement, etc., to achieve the desired outputs and strategic outcomes of the clients. The foundation of coaching states that, people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole – given the right structure and support – will strive for peak performance and continuous improvement. The role of our coaches and consultants is to assist individuals discover and unleash their optimum potential, making them highly effective, efficient and fulfilled in their personal life and at work, hence become a contributor in the organization.

The design, intensity and roadmap varies, depending on the strategic objective of the CEO or the organization’s Change Champion. Breakthroughs happen through professional and personal projects or it can be competency-based coaching sessions where the participants will develop levels of specific competencies measured through surveyed/observable performance results and behavioral indicators. These ultimately lead to the achievement of the desired organizational capacity and capability improvements.

The purpose of individual coaching is to assist the Coachee/Client in attaining fulfillment, growth, performance improvement, behavioral change, success and life balance. Coaching addresses finding solutions to current challenges, breaking through self-limiting or destructive paradigms and behaviors, achieving a goal, finding a purpose, creating life balance, growth, continuous improvement of performance, managing and sustaining change. Coaching always involves some form of personal transformation. The coach served as the change partner and the client’s champion.

In the recent years, there is a growing trend for many companies to provide their executives and high potentials with external or internal coaches as part of their employee benefits and their leadership development program.
