Alicia Serna, ICF-PCC

Alicia is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator. She has over 25 years work experience with roles ranging from Sales Engineer to CEO gleaned from different industries. Since the early 90’s, she juggled coaching & facilitation -initially as a volunteer- with her various corporate roles. She had led teams that broke down monopolies, created product market leaders, led start-up operations, and managed projects. She had designed and delivered coaching programs and capacity-building interventions for the public, corporate, and government sectors.

As a professional coach, Alicia had rendered over 5,000 hours of combined executive, life and mentor coaching services culled from her sixteen years involvement as a Lead Facilitator-Coach of PSI’s 90-days public Starshooters Leadership Development Coaching Program, where she supported the development of over a thousand Individuals from all walks of life. She has conducted more than fifty batches of coaches training and mentored over three hundred volunteer coaches for this program. During the pandemic, Alicia learned delivering online/digital facilitation. At present she is a Coach and Facilitator for Relevance Learning Netherlands, running blended personal skills and blended 5-month and 15-month leadership excellence programs for their multi-national clients. She was also a Partner Consultant for the competency-based Organisational Training Needs Analysis Project for 6 Agencies (assigned at the Department of Foreign Affairs.), a project funded by the Australia Awards Alumni Engagement Program Philippines.

In 2022 she is one of the awardees of the 2021 Gold Faciltiation Impact Award given by the International Assoication of Facilitators (IAF) World, a credntialing body for Failitators. She is a founding member and currently the Chairperson of IAF Philippines. She has been a resource speaker for IAF and ICF Learning Sessions and has been a guest in TV and radio shows. Presently, EJ is the Management Director of a firm that specializes in leadership, strategic planning, coaching and learning and development solutions. As a trainer, EJ delivers high-powered globally accredited Professional Development trainings to various local and SEA clients. Among the trainings that he conducts are: Leaders Window, Five Choices, First Things First, Building Teams, Conflict Management, Change Management, etc. EJ was also a professor at the Enderun Colleges and the College of St. Benilde where he taught the theories of Management and Marketing and Strategic Management as part of the curriculum of these schools. He was the Head – Brand Management, Promotions and Events Marketing of The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company until his promotion as Head of Sales – Direct Marketing Department in 2005. Early on in his career, EJ was a Human Resources Associate (Recruitment and Employee Relations) and Business Unit Planner for a top semiconductor company in the Philippines. EJ’s outstanding educational credentials include a Certificate in Global Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business where he was awarded a Silver Medal for Academic Excellence. He is also a graduate with honors from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He also has been awarded certification in Executive and Life Coaching by the American Management Association (AMA) and currently pursing a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In 2022, he also completed his PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development at the Ateneo Loyola Schools.

Francisco “Kiko” Rondilla

An experienced Manufacturing Executive, Information Architect (ERP/MES, Contactless Payment), Innovator and Executive Coach. Currently spends time on manufacturers’ transformations on financial and operational support systems, from traditional system into a fully integrated, cloud-based manufacturing execution system (MES). Kiko was previously the Sr. VP for Information, Instrumentation and Communication Technology for Roxas Holdings Inc.; Head of Network and Communications of Social Security System (SSS) for 11 years, and previously managed a card payment company, who developed the contactless card system in a light rail transit, completed trials in quick serves, parking system.

  2. Saved over PhP 20 million in building and operating a cost-effective contactless card based Automated Fare Collection System in a mass transport with mobile phone-based top-up in 2006.
  3. Contributed profits to a multinational network equipment manufacturer in successfully completing the Philippines’ first Frame Relay-based wide area network for a power utility company in 1998.

Jane Alexandra Mata

A social entrepreneur, facilitator and a life coach. Jane is an Agriculture graduate from the University of the Philippines. She got into leadership training and coaching in her early career thanks to her job at Integrative Learning, and Purposeful Stewardship Institute. To fast track her opportunity to do coaching and facilitating, she got into entrepreneurship and founded Modesta Clothing.
