ACSERNA Management Consultancy (AMC) is governed by the personal mission of its founder, Alicia C. Serna, “Making a difference by assisting people in their quest for growth, impact and fulfillment” crafted way back in 1993. It later included organizations when her volunteer coaching and seminar staffing initiatives evolved into a fulfilling profession.
AMC today offers various transformational, developmental, and capability building interventions for individuals and organizations specializing in Individual Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching Programs, Online Micro Learning, and Blended Journeys.

Behind AMC
Alicia Serna is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Consultant and Facilitator. She has over 25 years work experience with roles ranging from Sales Engineer to CEO gleaned from different industries. Since the early 90’s, she juggled coaching & facilitation -initially as a volunteer- with her various corporate roles. She had led teams that broke down monopoly, created product market leaders, led start-up operations and managed projects. She had designed and delivered coaching programs and capacity building interventions for the public, corporate and government sectors.
