Presently, EJ is the Management Director of a firm that specializes in leadership, strategic planning, coaching and learning and development solutions. As a trainer, EJ delivers high-powered globally accredited Professional Development trainings to various local and SEA clients. Among the trainings that he conducts are: Leaders Window, Five Choices, First Things First, Building Teams, Conflict Management, Change Management, etc. EJ was also a professor at the Enderun Colleges and the College of St. Benilde where he taught the theories of Management and Marketing and Strategic Management as part of the curriculum of these schools. He was the Head – Brand Management, Promotions and Events Marketing of The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company until his promotion as Head of Sales – Direct Marketing Department in 2005. Throughout his sales career, EJ was involved in Strategic planning and analysis of Philamlife’s below-the-line promotions and events marketing campaigns in congruence with corporate year-to-year plans, effective implementation of non-traditional campaigns in support of approved strategic plans making sure that coordinated activities achieve maximum impact on premium production.

Early on in his career, EJ was a Human Resources Associate (Recruitment and Employee Relations) and Business Unit Planner for a top semiconductor company in the Philippines. EJ’s outstanding educational credentials include a Certificate in Global Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business where he was awarded a Silver Medal for Academic Excellence. He is also a graduate with honors from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He also has been awarded certification in Executive and Life Coaching by the American Management Association (AMA) and currently pursing a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In 2022, he also completed his PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development at the Ateneo Loyola Schools.

Specific Work Accomplishments:

1. Saved hundred millions of pesos in creating a financial management system in transforming systems from traditional into a real-time information system delivered in 100 days.
2. Saved over PhP 20 million in building and operating a cost-effective contactless card based Automated Fare Collection System in a mass transport with mobile phone-based top-up in 2006.
3. Contributed profits to a multinational network equipment manufacturer in successfully completing the Philippines’ first Frame Relay-based wide area network for a power utility company in 1998.
4. Contributed profits to a local system integrator in completing ahead of schedule the nationwide 3G Network Backbone of the dominant telecom companies in the Philippines in
5. Saved a government financial institution millions of pesos from outside consultants by designing and implementing the first nationwide network linking over 100 branch offices using TCP/IP in 1990. Kiko is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with years of hands-on experiences in manufacturing companies and a thorough understanding of processes to come up with viable solutions. His specialties includes: full-cycle enterprise ICT and telecommunications solution specialist incorporating various disciplines in business modeling, concept, design, project and change management, operation and maintenance.

Strong intercultural communicator who is well versed in cross-cultural business practices and adept at collaborating with strategic partners from the public, business, and diplomatic sectors. Judith is Certified in Emotional Intelligence EQi2.0, EQi360, The Path of Moral Leadership and Trail Executive Coach. She is succrently a Senior Professional Faculty of Dela Salle College of St. Benilde. She served as the Training Manager of US Department of Veteran Affairs for 14 years. Judith earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo University.

She is also proficient in Training Needs Analysis, Benchmarking, Job Evaluation and Salary Structure Designing, Strategic Performance Management and Strategic Competency Management. She is currently the Executive Director for HR & OD Programs and Services and Co-Founder of CLEAR Leadership Consulting, a corporation engaged in providing its various clients with Executive Coaching Programs, Leadership Development Programs, other Learning and Development Programs and Interventions and Organization Development and HR Management Consulting Services, including the establishment of Competency-Based HR Systems. She is also currently part of Ezware Services Corporation as its HR&OD Consultant for a major group of companies in the hardware and real estate industry for a HR&OD consulting engagement spanning 3 years. She is also the Leadership Development Program (LDP) Facilitator and has recently completed the program with the senior management of the company as its first batch of graduates from the intensive 5-month course. She is currently delivering the LDP Course for the company’s Board of Directors in tandem with the LDP Program Director of the company.

Liz was invited to be part of a pool of senior and seasoned HR&OD consultants for CORE HR Business Solutions, Inc. offering varied HR & OD consulting services for the company’s existing and prospective clients. She is currently assisting the company as its Lead Consultant in offering Job Evaluation, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Strategic Planning HR programs and other learning and development interventions for its various clients. She was recently engaged by DevConsult as one of the Lead Consultant for its project with Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program-Philippines (AAEP-P) to conduct a Training Needs Analysis intervention with 6 government agencies. She, together with a co-facilitator and consultant, were assigned the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) as its partner agency for the project. She was also one of the contracted Trainers of ITI Trainfolink in Cebu City, running public seminars on Customer Service, Recruitment and Interview Skills, Strategic HR Program, Leadership Success Through Emotional Intelligence, Anger and Stress Management Workshop and the Basic Supervisory Skills Development Workshop for its clients in the private and government sectors.

• Acted as facilitator for the Philippines-Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRODF) – Technical Education and Skills Development Authority: Enhancing the Capability to Develop Competency Standards and Competency-based Curriculumby Integrative Learning International. Acted as coach and trainer for the Local Government Academy project – Capacity Building in Alternative Learning Strategies for Effective Workplace Training. Her outputs include designing structured learning exercises and editing the manuals entitled Powerful Alternative Learning Strategies (PALS) Facilitator’s Guide, and Guide Manual for Newly Elected Officials (NEO – City and Municipal Mayors).
